NPS (Net Promoter Score) Survey

Find out how well your customers think you are doing with an NPS survey. Tiong Creative is now offering a new service that provides clients with a hosted NPS web form to use for surveying their customers and clients.  

For those who haven't come across an NPS survey before, it is a quick and easy way to find out whether your customers and clients are likely to promote you, on a score of 0-10.

Scores work as follows: 

  • Promoters (9-10) buy and recommend you to help you grow.
  • Passives (7-8) are reasonably satisfied, but likely to disappear if a better offer came along.
  • Detractors (0-6) are unhappy and expected to leave and talk about a negative experience.

NPS is then calculated by subtracting the percentage of Detractors from the percentage of Promoters.

You can then use your score to determine how your business is doing, how it could be doing better, and gives a benchmark for future performance.
